- Early hire at Blair, a fintech startup tackling the student debt crisis. Worked across growth, operations, and early scaling.
- Led START Summit, Europe's largest student-run startup conference and, co-founded START Fellowship, an accelerator program for tech entrepreneurs from LATAM.
